What is Exchange Place?

Exchange Place is a marketplace that simplifies your search for services. Exchange Place helps you comparison shop for a multitude of services in your area, such as financial advisors, auto body and auto repair shops, insurance, lending, home improvement contractors and gyms and spas — leaving you more time to do the things you enjoy with family and friends.

How does it work?

Exchange Place takes the complexity out of researching and selecting a service provider. All you do is complete one short form. Through our advanced technology, you are matched with up to four sellers in your area who meet your needs.

Am I under any obligation to accept an offer?

No. Exchange Place matches you with up to four qualified sellers. You determine which seller best meets you needs.

How does Exchange Place make money?

Exchange Place is free for you to use.  Sellers bid to be one of the four offers you receive. They are only charged when they are matched with buyers.

How does Exchange Place get sellers
to compete for my business?

You complete a short form which tells us the type of service that you seek. Sellers also specify their requirements. Our advanced technology identifies matching criteria to connect you with sellers in your area.

Who are the sellers?

Our sellers are regional and local product and service providers that have been pre-screened and certified by Exchange Place. Many are household names.

What information do you collect?

Our targeted questions enable us to collect enough information to connect you with sellers who meet your needs.

Which sellers review the information I submit?

By submitting your information, you consent to be matched with up to four sellers. They are the only service providers with access to your information, so you will never receive unsolicited phone calls or e-mails.

Your information will never be sold to a third party without your specific opt-in consent.

How secure is my information?

Exchange Place uses the most advanced encryption technology available and we enforce strict policy guidelines to ensure that your information remains secure and confidential.

Can I phone, e-mail, mail or fax in my request?

Since we require your formal consent to process your request, you may only submit your request online or by phone. We cannot accept e-mail, regular mail or fax. To submit your request by phone, please call us at 800-898-8795.

How do I find out about my offers?

Sellers may contact you by phone, e-mail or direct mail.

Do I need an e-mail address?

In order to receive offers, you must have a valid e-mail address or have access to one. Some sellers may choose to contact you only by e-mail.

Do I need to provide a phone number?

Yes. You must provide a phone number to use this service. Some sellers may choose to contact you only by phone.

Can I change the information I submit on my request?

Your information is processed immediately after you submit it. As a result, you cannot change your information for that product or service. However, you can change it when you complete a form to request another service provider. You may also make any changes when a seller contacts you.
