3. What kind of work do you specialize in?
4. Have you worked on similar jobs in the past year?
5. Will you using subcontractors for the work?

7. What is your typical work schedule?
8. Do you offer a warranty? If so, what does it cover?
9. Do you carry workers’ compensation, liability insurance and property damage insurance?

2. Were you informed about the job’s status as well as any problems experienced?
3. Did you have any unforeseen costs?
